Description:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing a high volume of inbound phone calls, email and eCommerce portal orders in a timely manner. Proficient in quickly entering a customer or sales representatives order or research and respond to customer inquiries to their satisfaction.Customer ServiceHandle incoming phone calls related to; new orders, return material requests, product samples, order referrals, sales promotions, etc.Assist a customer, sales representative or other department with inquiries regarding billing and general information requestsRespond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, obtain shipment documents as requiredCommunicate pricing, inventory availability and answer questions about products and the companyInvestigate and resolve issues for product returnsProvide responses to online vendors and their customer’sManage processing of orders through customer online portal through SAPHeavily focused on response timeProactive Customer ServiceOther ResponsibilitiesEnsure that issues needing management assistance or attention are escalated appropriatelyMay aid with training of other associatesPerform other responsibilities as requested specifically learning/assisting in other verticalsMay be required to work overtime, weekends or occasional holidaysSkills:customer service oriented, order entry, inbound call center, data entry software, computer skills, typing, customer service skills, problem managementTop Skills Details:customer serviceprocessing ordersproblem solvingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of web-based business a must2+ years of customer service experience with the following skill set(s)Knowledge of web-based business a mustData entry proficiencyAbility to manage a high phone call volumeAbility to manage a high customer email volumeStrong computer skillsAbility to type 30 wpmAbility to focus in an open office environmentFriendly and calm under pressureAttention to detailTeam playerExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsSalesforce.com or equivalent experience a plusSAP or equivalent experience is a plusExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
