Description:Monitoring camera/infrared thermometers to detect a fever
Ask required questions about COVID symptoms
Inform providers or staff of members needing immediate attention. Brings unusual situations to the attention of the appropriate staff or managers.
Instruct/redirect patients/staff who think they may have COVID-19 to use available advice lines, patient portals, or on-line self-assessment tools (kp.org) or to call and speak to an office/clinic staff rather than coming in person.
Report non-compliance – Escalation process (MOD, Security, etc.)
Contact Security/Manager of the Day (MOD) for anyone attempting to gain access without an ID or any escalation issues regarding masking or visitor policy.
Requirements:Ability to keep up with pace of foot traffic entering building
Attention to detail to escalate when an issue arises
Ability to be on feet entire shift if needed
Ability to assess the appropriate physical distancing and redirect or escalate concerns as needed.
PPE Distribution, Monitoring and Reporting
Additional Skills & Qualifications:HS Diploma
Ability to demonstrate hospitable service by ensuring interaction with members/staff constitutes a compelling customer experience through welcoming, screening and assisting members.
Previous In-Person Greeter/Customer Service Experience required.
Ability to handle stressful customer interactions with professionalism.
