NEW Jr. ERP ADMIN - DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY



IMMEDIATE NEED for a Jr. ERP Administrator to join our team in a Direct Hire, Full Time role. Will be REMOTE during Covid. Must work on PST.

Must have excellent communication skills / user support experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Participates in support activities across the ERP spectrum, including system and data issues, customer concerns and inquiries, research, procedural issues, scheduling, problem resolution. Develop a proficiency in our ERP system, processes andpractices, as well as the various software environments employed at FFNA
  • Assists in the monitoring, management and system administration support for ERP solutions, including warehousing, procurement, financials, andmiddleware systems
  • Provide technical support to end users remotely
  • Prepares and obtains approval of functional specification documentation and effectively documents the solution for both the customer and internal reference following the appropriate support process
  • Testing of customizations/new developments as per project requirements
  • Process improvement and Bug identification, correction and testing
  • Application customization, extension, and implementation of new modules
  • ISV Integration of application such as Arena and Vertex
  • Development of applications and reports based on the specifications
  • Establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with our ERP software customer
  • Administer minimal account access levels in the ERP system
  • Document all in-house modifications or customizations, software versions, upgrades, and patches, and system integration processes developed as a result of a change to the ERP infrastructure
  • Works with our ERP software vendors during implementations, upgrades, problem resolution, and support issues
  • Manage incidents, errors, and service tickets relating to the ERP system
  • Integration with legacy systems / data migration from legacy systems
  • Database administration - Microsoft SQL


Qualifications:


  • Database exposure & administration (SQL)
  • .Net and VB
  • Knowledgeable in Windows server administration
  • Excellent debugging, problem solving, & process implementation skills
  • Knowledge of Agile. Continuous integration practices are strongly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, process implementation skills and skillful in handling support requests at the same time managing various projects related activities in parallel
  • Ability to customize ERP projects with various schemas and support
  • Ability to learn and apply technical information and instructions
  • Able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work independently (and with limited supervision) while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and departments at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze detail and perform structured decision-making on a daily basis
  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to large scope and complexity using company or departmental policies as guidelines
  • Must be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and be able to identify and recommend best course of action from several alternatives
  • Quality oriented
  • High degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills both internally and externally with suppliers
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication skills / User Support
