The Global Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) organization is responsible for defining the global Finance Systems roadmap as well as the implementation and enhancement of global Financial Systems. The FSS teams works closely with business owners of the systems and the Corporate IT teams to define business and systems requirements.
The role is expected to provide strategic guidance and solutioning in support of the various FP&A systems and projects. The individual will work with multiple Finance and Technology leaders to help set the systems strategy for the Financial Planning and Analysis related applications. The candidate is also expected to partner with IT system owners & IT PMO, and support the key FP&A projects. The individual will be a key advisor and partner to the FP&A Leadership to deliver on the financial targets in the budget as well as delivery of projects to their budgets. The role is expected to provide deep subject matter expertise to solve issues and redesign processes to increase efficiency within the FP&A organizations. The individual will support Requirements capture, Design, Testing, and UAT coordination for global/regional FP&A projects supporting the various business functions including profitability, budgeting, planning, and analytical reporting.
This position is required to have extensive Financial Systems expertise and a broad background in ERP technologies with a deep understanding of the functional and technical aspects of multiple ERP and EPM systems. Having a deep understanding and view of an Enterprise Cost Allocation will be valuable.
The position requires excellent organization and leadership skills, business and systems analysis, critical thinking, understanding of internal controls, and have strong communication skills. Must also be self-directed, able to multi-task, disciplined, and adaptable to and influence change
