Job Description:
Cross Ops is responsible for deploying essential technology for Client infrastructure and operations. The strategic initiatives pillar in this organization helps establish a governance structure and cadence for critical programs that touches several cross functional partners in the organization. We are looking for a Program Manager to support the execution of various strategic Initiatives driven by Cross Ops. The program manager will be working with cross functional partners to coordinate across multiple players for planning and execution, RACI structure, communications and status reporting. The PM will be responsible for creating, tracking, and closing out all open tasks related to the programs, maintain project plans and documentation as needed to ensure proper visibility across all teams. The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional who can execute, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility with the program teams this role will engage with. This person will need exceptional communication and planning skills. They will also be a strong team player, highly motivated, and take initiative in all situations. This role requires an individual who thrives in ambiguous situations, can adapt to situations and translate actions.

Responsibilities:

•Work with the hiring manager on projects and maintain organized project plans, meeting notes, business use cases, process documentation, etc.
•Ability to identify process gaps and come up with action plan to remediate them Is able to build KPIs and define success criteria Engage with cross-functional teams to document scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks associated with any new projects or requested changes Work with all team members to document potential problems and solutions, as well as improvements to existing processes Work with program teams to create FAQs, maintain project folders as needed and overall organization for project deliverables Ensure that all action items are documented, completed in a timely manner, follow up with action owners as well as provide updates to all stakeholders on action items Ability to create / update forms as needed, identify redundancies with a mindset for continuous improvement
Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
•8+ years of experience in program management (Required)
•Ability to work in ambiguity and in an agile environment Experience with working in a cross functional environment and serve as a liaison to bring the team together during program execution Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to achieve goals Strong organizational skills Strong stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of GSuite, Dropbox, MS Office PMP Certification is a plus
