We are looking for a management team - a couple - to help us manage our Mobilehome Park.
Experience managing an apartment complex, mobile home park, or mini storage would be preferred, but not required .
Job duties will include office work and light maintenance and landscaping.
Office duties will require computer skills that include typing scanning, emailing, and internet searching. If you are knowledgeable in using Excel and Word that would be helpful. Previous experience with a computerized billing system will be a plus. Bookkeeping knowledge including pro-rating, debits, and credits is required. A detail oriented, organized, self starter will fit right in.
You will be interacting with our residents and assisting them with heir questions and concerns regarding the park.
You will be responsible for ensuring clubhouse, restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and ready for resident use every day.
Maintenance duties include cleaning and maintenance of common areas of the park, such as mowing the lawns and upkeep of pool.
