Scope of Work:
Schedule cabinet installations and deliveries
Confirm and coordinate cabinet delivery and installation prior to and day-of; ensure all is running smoothly; communicate with delivery drivers, installers, and sales representatives throughout the day; provide needed support
Monitor any delayed items from manufacturing facilities; write any necessary work orders and order material as needed
Answer customer calls and inquiries
Assist Service Manager with payroll, closing out of jobs, and completion of deliveries
Inventory and organize hardware
Manage inventory of materials in warehouse
Work closely with entire customer service department team, as well as sales team and delivery/installation team
Work side by side and communicate frequently with Service Manager
