Engineering position is open for Platinum Engineering, Inc., a structural engineering firm just north of Fresno, CA. Technical design, drafting and typical office skills are required. This position is intended for someone with dedication to becoming professionally established in planning, architecture, or engineering, and will work to gain experience with building design. Must be able to pick up new programs quickly, and be organized with a variety of different tasks.
Design work in the office would go hand in hand with some measurement and meeting work in the field. Ideal candidate would be familiar with construction standards, must work well in a team, and be a good communicator. Candidate would be working for design projects in residential, commercial, and industrial fields. Rates are TBD.
