DescriptionOur client is a well-respected manufacturing company in Fresno. We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team as we have been experiencing constant growth. We have a small, collaborative team and are looking for a results-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist that’ll be responsible for:
Perform daily and weekly billing and collection calls and correspondence in a fast paced, goal-oriented Accounts Receivable Department
Provide customer service regarding collection issues and internal billing inquiries
Input account and invoice adjustments using Salesforce
Verify appropriateness of customer refunds, process credits, process small balance write offs, and provide customer reconciliations
Weekly and monthly reporting on AR balance and collections including Accounts Receivable Aging reports
Accountable for reducing delinquency for customer accounts

3+ years of experience in industry handling accounts receivable activity
Strong analytic skills, with the proven ability to analyze processes and suggest/implement continuous improvements
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
Accurate, detailed-oriented, performs well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
Flexible and adaptable to constant changes resulting from a dynamic and growing business environment
Solid experience working with large volume transactions
