Responsibilities:Under the leadership and guidance of the Director of PECO and the Chair of the Continuing Medical Education Committee, the coordinator supports the preparation, review, completion, approval and record-keeping of applications for submitted CME programs. The coordinator ensures compliance with the criteria, standards and requirements of the Accreditation Council for CME (ACCME) and the Institute for Medical Quality (IMQ). The coordinator is also responsible for onboarding and training new Activity Directors and coordinators in requirements for CME application submission, including but not limited to utilization of the electronic CME software suite for submission of applications and acknowledgement of attendance by participants.Qualifications:EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Associate’s degree and two (2) years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five or more (5+) years working in Continuing Medical Education area.PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
