WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate, Guest Service Associate who is committed to building and sustaining a long term relationship with our customers by providing an environment that enhances the buying experience. Key responsibilities include:
Help create and maintain a store culture focused on the customer and enhance the buying experience by welcoming customers into the store to ensure an exemplary guest experience.
Help support the team in executing operational and customer service tasks in-store.
ARE YOU A FIT?
High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
