Qualified Line Cook and Prep Cook candidates will possess at least two years prior culinary experience with a creativity and passion for the culinary arts.
Must be able to:
⢠Work under hot/cold temperature environment.
⢠Self motivated, help manager lead team when needed
⢠Team player.
⢠Read and follow recipes or supervisor directions.
⢠Lift, carry, pull/ push up to 50 #.
⢠Work organized
⢠Full skills on knife handling.
⢠Basic knowledge of health department regulations.
⢠Prepare salads, cut veggies, meats, fish and poultry
⢠Perform a variety of food preparation duties for cooking or serving.
⢠Work on weekends and holidays (highly required)
⢠Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
⢠Food handler certification
