Assistant Manager - Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6AM-2PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 1 year experience as a kitchen supervisor or restaurant assistant manager.

2. Must have an Active Food Safety Manager Certificate.

3. Ensure compliance with State Health and Hospital Standards.

4. Implement workflow procedure based on direction from management.

5. Supervising employees' day-to-day tasks, monitors performance, and enforces HR policy.

6. Providing Customer Support in escalated situations.

7. Coordinate and Manage Employees' schedule to ensure shift coverage.

8. Record keeping and summary for Account Payables and Receivables.

9. Assist in cafeteria operations such as food preparation, cooking, etc as needed.

Cook - Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6AM-2PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 1 year experience of working in a fast paced environment.

2. Must have an active Food Safety Handling Certificate.

3. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards.

4. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulation and safety standards.

5. Position requires menu planning, cleaning and stocking.

Kitchen Assistant (Lead) - Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6AM-2PM or 10AM-6PM / Wednesday to Sunday: 6AM-2PM or 10AM-6PM

Duties and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 6 months Experience in Food handling and preparation.

2. Must have an active Food Safety Handling Certificate.

3. Food preparation for patients and customers, cleaning and dishwashing as needed.

Start Date will be on OCTOBER 29, 2021.
