Job description
We are a new, locally owned and operated restaurant in Downtown Fresno's Brewery District. We are looking for creative, positive, reliable and hardworking individuals to become a part of our team at both our brick and mortar and mobile food trailer. Weekend and evening availability are musts. We are hiring for part time food preparers and line cooks. Experience is a plus but is not required.
Job role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· food preparation
· plating prepared food
· stocking and setting up kitchen stations
· monitoring product freshness and rotating out old product
· ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
· maintaining a clean work environment
· washing dishes and other cleaning duties
Candidates are expected to have a food handler card. If candidate does not have a food handler card at time of hire one must be acquired within the first 90 days of employment.
Pay
minimum wage - $15.00 per hour
