Open interviews are being held at the Ramada Inn located at 324 E Shaw Ave in Fresno. We will be in the Maroa Room. Interviews begin at 10:30AM to approximately noon. Please come prepared for interview.
Culinary Staffing of America is currently hiring for various food service job opportunities at locations throughout the Fresno Area, So Cal, and also Bay area arenas. We staff for large events, private parties, corporate kitchens, sports venues for a variety of food service positions. Work available is on-call, with some opportunity for part time and full time.
All applicants should have at least 1 year food service experience. Banquet servers and runners must have experience in tray service either with catering events or as wait staff, and be able to carry trays with 8 to 10 plates per tray. All applicants must be willing to setup-tear down banquet rooms and perform various other duties including bussing tables, washing dishes, etc. All applicants must be dependable, motivated, and have a professional attitude. Cooks must have strong kitchen skills, preferably have their own knife sets and chef's jacket. Serv-Safe Certified a plus. Bartenders must have TIPS or LEAD training certificate. CA FOOD HANDLERS CARD WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE.
