Sylvania Dental is looking for an exceptional front office treatment coordinator with minimum 2 years experience in the dental industry. We are looking for someone who understands the value of excellent customer service and the importance of working as a team. Must be personable, mature in behavior, and articulate in handling both phone and direct patient contact. Must be familiar with insurance plans, CDT codes, case presentation and some billing.
