We are a state-of-the-art, private dental office in Madera. We are looking for a full time Financial Treatment Coordinator/ Insurance biller ROCKSTAR to join our practice. Someone who shares the passion, vision, and values of our practice.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
· A positive, high energy, dependable, articulate individual in pursuit of a career in dentistry, who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat work environment.
· Will be responsible for submitting insurance claims, post insurance payments and discussing financial options including Care Credit.
· Will be responsible for explaining patient treatment plans, costs, and insurance coverage/benefits.
· Will be responsible for auditing and tracking production.
· Marketing/ Social Media Marketing
· Perform insurance re-credentialing.
Qualifications/ Skills:
· Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge
· Familiar with PPO insurance, billing and submitting dental insurance claims & finance options (including Care Credit).
· Sales background (a plus) with a great attitude.
· Familiar with social media marketing
· A consummate professional with exceptional customer service skills and follow through.
