Licensed Residential Care Facilities with DDS Adult Males with severe behaviors & License Bx. Management Day Program is in need of Field Supervisors for the houses and our Bx. Management day program.
Field Supervisors: Help manage the house and work along side of regular direct care staff, and help with the needs of clients that are developmentally disabled. They are also responsible for training and other duties as assigned. Need 2 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor of some type.
Hours of work : Starting in the Mornings, Afternoons to Evenings and can be rotating.
Field Supervisors for Day Program: Help run the dayto day operations of the day program along with the other supervisors. They are responsible for training and other duties as assigned. Need 2 years of verifiable experience or working in a license day Program. Perferable one that is a Bx. Mgmt. Program.
Hours of work : Starting in the Mornings
Requirements for all of the above positions:
Fingerprint Clearance
Current Certificate for FA and CPR
Record of a Current Physical and TB (within a year of your or hire date)
Record of Hep B Shots (Can be waived)
Good DMV Record to work as a Lead Staff or Field Supervisor
Knowledge in Behavioral Intervention Techniques
Pro-Act Skills
Direct Support Professional Class - Yr 1 and Yr 2
