Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager who will be working at corporate level and managing centralized HR functions for our client, a highly successful, well established, world class premier food processing organization. You will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources, as well as partnering with the C-Suite executives.

Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

-Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future administrative talent acquisition needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning

-Manages the administrative corporate talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants particularly for Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Administrative, etc.

-Oversee, refine, and execute performance management processes, formulate workforce strategy and implement established functional processes necessary to meet organizational goals

-Responsible for change management and organization process improvement

-Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

-Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred

-5 plus years of substantial proven work experience in a Human Resources management role, including experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy development, recruitment, performance management and appraisals, learning and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, staff engagement and exit processes; food processing industry experience a plus

-Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

-Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and best practices

-Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

-Experienced at multitasking under pressure against demands and deadlines, and working in a fast paced environment

-Proficient with MS Office and HR software systems
