Human Resource and Food Safety Administrator for a Wholesale Bakery with approximately 100+ employees
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Orientating new employees to the company (setting up a designated log-in, assigning lockers, safety walk thru)
Conducting benefit enrollment process
Administering new employment monthly assessments
Working with managers on staffing needs, assist in preparing schedules
Safety trainings; annual fire drill, fire extinguishers, ladder/knife safety, tailgates on safety of the month, etc
Nutritional Data; entering recipes into our nutritional software, bakery software, and our global system for food service companies and updating recipes in production, updating labels, etc
Food Safety; updating binder and material as needed, help with inspections, implementation and training's, swab testing for pathogens, etc.
Corrective actions, CCPs (testing critical control points)
Candidate needs to be:
Flexible with warehouse and office duties (willingness to bounce back and forth)
Professional with others, keeping respect of all employees, keeping information confidential
Computer knowledge; basic knowledge of navigating in different software programs (of course ours are specific so training will be provided)
Able to work in the warehouse (wear a hair net, work with the workers on safety, work with production manager on recipes and schedules)
Self-Starter
Bilingual a plus
