I'm in need of a house cleaner for a small 2 bdrm/1 bath cabin in Oakhurst for a short-term vacation rental. The cabin is currently fully booked for the next months so you will have the opportunity to make about $1000/month.
The house is less than 800sf so it's not large. The cleaning will include changing bedding, cleaning floors and ashes from the fireplace. Sweeping of front and back porch. There is no trash service so trash will have to be disposed off-site. The linens and sheets and laundry will be done off-site.
I'm looking for someone reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and detail-oriented. Reliable transportation is required. The hours are flexible but generally between 11am-3pm after guests leave.
-Oakhurst residency is a must
-Cleaning experience is a must
-Full commitment to this job is required
-Handyman skills is a plus
-Need someone reliable for long-term commitment
