CV Homes is in need of a skilled Maintenance Manager to help in maintaining our portfolio of over 500 homes.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have a vast knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances and minor carpentry. This position will work closely with tenants to resolve their home maintenance issues, so a reliable and friendly personality is a MUST.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Plumbing, electrical, drywall and appliance maintenance and repair
⢠Order parts and maintain inventory supplies as required
⢠Prioritize maintenance calls and follow up to ensure completion of work/project
⢠Handle residents repair request in a timely & professional manner
⢠Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
⢠Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
⢠Ability to keep photo records and make reports
⢠Thorough knowledge of the methods, practice, tools and material used in general maintenance and repair work
⢠Be a team player and be willing to learn
REQUIREMENTS

⢠Must speak fluent English (desired but not required if bi-lingual in Spanish)
⢠Minimum High School Graduate

⢠Technology Literate - Must be able to communicate effectively over phone (voice & text) & via email
⢠Tech Savvy â Must be knowledgeable on how to operate tablets and work well with mobile devices
