Spare Parts Customer Service Representative (Kerman)

A Spare Parts Customer Services Representative is responsible for the management of all customer accounts from taking orders to monitoring status of open orders.

Reports to Spare Parts Manager.

Take parts orders from customers, sales personnel, and Product Support department.

Send order confirmations.

Print picking/ packing paperwork for the Spare Parts Clerk.

Update tracking information in the system and to customers.

Monitor orders on the Open Order Report with the Spare Parts Clerk to have a status for each open order.

Skills required to perform this position:

Knowledge of parts.

Good customer service skills.

Able to work with customers as well as Sales people in a professional manner.

Attention to details.

Experience with an ERP system.

Excel skills.

Organizational skills.
