-This position will be responsible for providing and monitoring program services and to ensure compliance with state regulations
-Provides information and interviews potential and current program participants to determine eligibility
-Maintains and manages assigned caseload
-Guide clients to services and referral programs
-Process provider payments
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, or equivalent preferred
-2 years plus experience in human and community services, case management and knowledge of childcare system preferred
-Bilingual skills (Spanish-English) preferred
-Ability to problem solve and process client files
-Sound judgement in analyzing complex situations; ability to interpret, explain and apply applicable laws, codes and regulations
-Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
-Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency with office software-word processing software, multi-line phones, and other applicable software
