Property Management company is seeking a PART TIME Leasing Agent at our beautiful 190-unit apartment community in Clovis. Flexible scheduling is available but must be able to work Saturdays.
The leasing agent will:
Conduct tours of the community and apartments with prospective residents.
Answer phone/emails professionally and assist callers with inquiries, keep guest cards updated and accurate.
Qualify prospective residents according to community guidelines and Fair Housing standards.
Process resident applications, prepare leasing agreements and move-in paperwork accurately.
Inspect models and vacant units to ensure readiness, light cleaning if necessary.
Present a professional, friendly demeanor while greeting prospective and current residents.
Assist team with marketing promotions, internet advertising, weekly and monthly reporting and other administrative duties as needed.
Inspect community with an eye for detail, pick up any litter, communicate any problems to manager or maintenance team.
Performs other tasks as required
Must be proficient in English to effectively communicate with on-site staff, residents and prospective residents.
1-3 years property management or sales experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Professional organizational and administrative skills are required.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook are necessary.
Great customer service skills are a must!
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
