Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented office manager to join our growing company at California QSR Management.

Who we are:

We are a youthful ambitious company that started off managing multiple branded Fast Food chains across Southern California. We took what we knew and opened our first restaurant in 2018. Within 1 year we now own and operate 6 restaurants in the Fresno market. Our company is committed to growth and will be looking to acquire 5-8 more in the next calendar year.

We want someone that matches our drive to succeed and takes ownership of their job and responsibilities with a can do self-starter attitude. You must be ORGANIZED as were going to rely on you and your skill set to maintain productivity in our office. No two days will be alike in our industry - we want someone that is adaptable to change and able to possess the initiative to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

Support ownership with scheduling, travel arrangements and expense report submissions.

Manage purchase orders and requisitions for payment including supplier set-up, tracking of all documents for approval and signage, and monitoring payment status.

Controlling correspondence as you will be the first point of contact.

Organize team meetings and events and maintain related calendar invites.

Manage day-to-day office administration, including maintaining upkeep of conference rooms and equipment, replenishing office supply inventory, and handling miscellaneous issues that may arise.

Recruit new hires through social media and process paperwork and handle on-boarding of new employees in conjuncture with CA labor laws.

Liaising with restaurant managers in preparing and submitting payroll.

Keeps ownership informed by aggregating data, creating and summarizing special reports and identifying trends.

Assist in preparing restaurant budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Required skills:

Highly organized with exceptional planning skills.

Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and turn around projects quickly, with detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint) and G-suite.

Strong knowledge of computer trouble shooting, installing/uninstalling applications and network configurations.

Trusted to handle information and tasks of a highly confidential and critical nature.

Preferred skills:

Minimum of 3 years administrative and office management experience.

Bachelor degree or equivalent.

What we offer:

Pay between $12.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.

Free meals on working days at any of our restaurants.

Gas allowance.

Casual dress Fridays.
