Position Summary:
A&P Detailing and Auto Enhancement Is Looking For a Full-Time, Friendly, Customer Service Knowledge (Phone And In Person), Bilingual (A Plus But Not Needed) Office Receptionist/Assistant and Quality Control Lead. Hours Of Operation Will Be Monday-Friday With Hours Varying From 7:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Customer Service: Answering Phone Calls And Questions, Great Communication Skills, People Skills, Scheduling Appointments, Responding To Online Appointments, Checking In Customers Vehicles Prior To Service, Quality Control Of Vehicle When Vehicle Is Completed, Etc
Must Have:
- Organizational Skills.
- Knowledgeable With Microsoft Word And Excel
- Knowledgeable With Quickbooks.
- Create, Input And File Invoices.
- Familiar With POS (Point of Sales) System.
- Order And Stock Products.
- Bookkeeping.
- Create Deposits.
- Bill Invoices.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Able To Copy/Fax/Scan/Email.
- Payroll.
- Human Resources
- Schedule Work/Crew Meetings.
- Quality Control-Meeting Customers Expectations When Service Is Completed
- ETC.
Office Position Is A Full-Time Position. Will Discuss During Interview.
