Answering Multi Telephone Lines
Logging all Daily Customer Complaints/Concerns
Maintaining and Updating Customer Files
Label Management: creating, printing, and purchasing product labels
Various Admin requests from office personnel
Updating Customer files on Bakery Computer Software
Distributors (maintaining account information)
Constant Communication with Customers, Packers, Bakers, Drivers, Shipping & Office Personnel
Filing Paperwork
Nutritional Data; entering recipes into our nutritional software, bakery software, and our global system for food service companies and updating recipes in production, updating labels, etc
Flexible with warehouse and office duties (willingness to bounce back and forth)
Professional with others, keeping respect of all employees, keeping information confidential
Able to use the computer, basic knowledge of navigating in different software programs (of course ours are specific so training will be provided)
Able to work in the warehouse (wear a hair net, work with the workers on safety, work with production manager on recipes and schedules)
Excellent Communication Skills

Must be able to Multi-task
Self-Starter
