Well established heating and air conditioning company seeking to hire an honest, highly motivated receptionist. Duties shall include answering incoming phone calls, routing calls to appropriate team members, scheduling customer appointments, making outgoing scheduling and follow-up calls to customers, filing, work order processing, and assisting office manager with general clerical duties.
Applicants must hold a certificate or degree in business or clerical administration, business management, or communications. Minimum 5 years experience in the field. Position requires a high level of computer proficiency. Applicants must be comfortable and confident on the phone and speaking with customers.
