Knowledge of multifamily property management industry
Key role will be to attend daily property owner meetings and work with Office Managers to accomplish critical tasks
Help Office Manager organize priorities and work allocation
Work with Office Managers to collect rent from tenants
Ability to create simple net income statement in Excel Spreadsheet. Proficiency with Word, Email and good communication skills is required.
Report property's financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to property owner
Work with Office Managers to find potential tenants and aid in assessing tenant applications
Advertise vacant properties and follow a prescribed methodology to reduce tenant turnover
Work with Office Managers in getting property inspections done per set schedules
Plan unit repair work with Office Managers. Plan for acquisition of new materials as required.
Work with Office Managers for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services
Investigate and resolve tenant issues. Real estate legal knowledge is preferred.
Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, staff and owner. Good customer service and interpersonal skills is a must.
