Wynn Insurance Agency is a fast growing independent brokerage reprensenting many highly rated carriers providing property and casaulty insurance to consumers and businesses.

We are seeking energetic and hungry individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast paced agency sales department. As an independent insurance professional you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win. We have access to 30+ carriers which guarantee that you close at least 60% of quotes; hence, more commission in your pocket! Some of the big brand carriers we work with are: Travelers, Nationwide, AmTrust, Safeco, Bristol West, NatGen Premier, CNA, The Hartford and many many more. Room for growth and uncapped earning potential!

Compensation: 10% commission only on all qualified sales, with some leads provided.

Additional bonuses year end incentives. Flexible working schedule. We are currently licensed to sell insurance in the following states:

CA, NV, WA, TX, VA, IN, MD, GA, OR, IL. Applicants much be licensed or have non resident licenses of at least one of those state to be eligible.

Responsibilities

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Maintain knowledge of new products.

Requirements

Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license in any of the states listed: CA, NV, WA, TX, VA, IN, MD, GA, OR, IL preferably or we can add your licensed state to our agency.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Be equipped with great listening and closing skills

Outgoing and bubbly personality a must!
