We are locally owned and operated. The owners of the company both come from construction backgrounds. One owner came up in stone work and became a contractor in the solar field at the young age of 23 in and has been in business for 13 years. The other was installing battery backups and generators back in 1990 in central California's mountains. They see a need for people to have opportunity to learn to make a living in the skilled trades.
This is a path into the skilled trades where you are paid to learn vs paying to learn.
If you're dedicated you can go above and beyond and learn to design and draw systems and/or manage a portion of a company in a field where you have learned all nuts and bolts while being paid to do it.

This is for a full time position.
Must be a motivated team player.
Must have a desire to learn.
Must be able to communicate with coworkers and customers in a respectful friendly manner.
Must be able to get to and from our shop everyday and be willing to go out of town on jobs.
Must be able to climb ladders and walk/work on roofs.
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs across a roof.
Must Be able to lift/carry 80lbs on ground.
Must be reliable and show up everyday.

We need Ground mount crews for residential systems all over the state.
We need more entry level sales and installation personnel as well.
