We are looking for SPAB drivers for SPAB season. This extends from March 15th to June 15th. During this time, we are are willing to bring drivers in, and provide accommodations for them for that period of time. Drivers are paid $21/hour and will be offered 40-50 hours per week for the duration of our busy season. Skilled drivers will be offered continued work after the SPAB season. Our facilities are in Stockton, CA.
We are now seeking full-time, safety-minded Class A or B drivers. Air brakes, passenger endorsements, and SPAB certifications are REQUIRED to apply. Please submit your resume and driving experience, and please respond with "yes, I am SPAB or school bus certified".
As a Delta coach operator you will provide our passengers with safe, professional, courteous service to a variety of California destinations. Coach Operators are responsible for pre- and post -trip inspections, driving and maneuvering coaches, assisting passengers and their luggage, maintaining accurate vehicle inspections and accurately reporting driver hours and miles driven on paper and in the on-board electronic device.
Sign on bonus of $1000.00 for all SPAB or School Bus Drivers
This sign on bonus will be paid half at 45 days and half at 90 days.
Requirements:
SPAB or School Bus Cert Required for full time position
CDL required. Must have the passenger and air brake endorsements prior to hire
Must be able to pass required DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
Possess a clean driving record- this will be checked thoroughly
Must be a careful, patient, non-aggressive driver with an excellent driving record
High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation for full time SPAB certified drivers:
Starting wage at $21.00 per hour
