Fresno Tire Retreading facility is seeking another Class B or A driver with a CLEAN DMV Record for a delivery route position. This position requires at least a class B driver's license to drive a 33000 lb. Kenworth Bobtail Box Truck with an automatic transmission. This is a Full time permanent position, hours 7:00 am to approximately 4 to 5 pm Monday through Friday with weekends off. This positions starting pay is $15.50 an hour plus time and a half overtime pay, with medical and dental benefits available after 30 days. Uniforms provided after 30 days. Other benefits include, 401K Plan, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Time, Paid Holidays and Quarterly Safety Bonus.

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY: PLEASE READ
You will be driving a (Class B) Kenworth 33000 lb. 26 foot box truck or a 26000 lb. Box truck (Class C)
Hours of work from 7:00 am to approx. 4 to 5 pm Monday Through Friday 40 hours a week plus overtime.
Deliver and Pickup Truck Tires for recapping, up to 100+ tires per day
Driver will unload and load tires at each stop by hand using lift gate or from dock (1 to 3 stops per day)
Regular delivers are between Fresno and Bakersfield, Fresno and Sacramento, Fresno and the Bay area , Fresno and Los Angeles Area , Fresno and Sparks Nv
MOST Deliveries take approximately 7 to 10 hours to complete ( Sparks NV and LA deliveries take approx. 12 to 13 hours to complete)
Count all tires loaded and unloaded
Have customers sign invoices for tires you deliver
Collect paper work from customers for tires being picked up
properly fill out all paper work as instructed (invoices, log book, E-log and etc.)
Work in warehouse on days that have no or short run delivery schedules
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:PLEASE READ
Must have a valid (CALIFORNIA) Class B or Class A driver's license with Air Brakes endorsement
(Automatic Transmission Restriction OK)
MUST be able to drive out of state, to Nevada and back
Must have current DOT Medical card
Must have a CLEAN DMV record NO DUI's or Felonies
Ability to drive 33000 lb Bobtail Box Truck with lift gate(Automatic transmission)
MUST be VERY Dependable and show up for work every day you are scheduled (Monday Through Friday)
MUST be able to follow instruction and work independently
Must be able to Load ,unload and roll or stack Truck tires by hand or lift gate (Truck tires weigh between 60 and 120 pounds each)
Must be detail minded with all paper work (Invoices, log book E-log, and etc.)
Must be able to read a road map to learn the routes
Knowledge of tire sizes helpful BUT not required
Must be customer oriented
Good appearance and attitude required
Must work and drive in a safe manner
Must be able to pass a DOT drug test at ANY TIME (We are a drug free facility)
