PAY:
Base Mileage Pay .45 CPM
Qtly Safety Bonus .03 CPM
Bi-weekly pay automatic $200 advance available on non-pay week.
BENEFITS:
$720 year 1 - Six PTO days $120/day.
$1,440 year 2 - Twelve PTO days $120/day.
$15/hour detention and accessorial pay.
$100 layover pay.
$15/day Per Diem Pay when away from home terminal.
$30 Drop Pay for each additional (driver assist with one customer light foam rolls)
$2,500 1st year - $3,000 2nd year - Group plan medical insurance contribution.
$2,600 maximum per year contribution to medical deductible.
