Responsibilities:
• 2-5 years' experience in digital asset management/digital asset project management
• Assist with requests to access full digital assets, clip an excerpt from a full asset or help troubleshoot file delivery issues.
• Assist with requests to access full digital assets, clip an excerpt from a full asset or help troubleshoot file delivery issues.
• Research multiple inventory systems for assets best suitable for intended use- video, audio, text or film
• Responsible for assuring necessary approvals from Studio Legal and Studio Executives are obtained prior to releasing assets
• Working directly with vendors and requestors to assure quotes are approved, assets have been delivered and necessary clip specification and timecodes are provided.
• Oversee, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once
• Supervise the delivery and digitalization for physical assets, as well as the file creation and delivery into inventory.
• Responsible for tracking all jobs and updating Google Sheet- Clip/Image Tracker
• Manage customer issues and/or questions in an efficient, friendly and clear manner
• Directly support Servicing team in ongoing projects
• Responsible for adhering to Studio Legal and Content Protection's asset management guidelines for clip pulling and asset handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or relevant experience
