Senior ERP Implementation Analyst

Location: REMOTE (anywhere in US)

Client Industry: Biopharma

Direct Hire. Flexible work schedule

Competitive total compensation packages (salary base plus bonus and equity)

JOB OVERVIEW

• Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping and coordination of implementation projects for 1-2 large existing clients
• Holding ownership on gathering requirements from clients
• Documenting requirements in specifications.
• Managing 1-2 Implementation Analysts
• Working with offshore development teams to design custom solutions
• Communicating requirements to developers offshore and supporting the development process
• Writing test scripts and testing the solution from Unit Testing through to User Acceptance Testing
• Providing and coordinating support for the solution that was delivered to the client

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

10 years of experience of IT experience

Project Management related to complex application implementation

Candidates with a background in ERP or LIMS or MES implementations (functional) with significant customizations and prior client-facing consulting experience are preferred (any enterprise-wide implementations that require customization)

Ability to manage timelines for multiple clients and projects concurrently

Expertise in developing workflows, business rules, technical solutions, and user interface designs

Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical resources

The ideal person would also have:

• Worked in Technology Consulting for at least 4 years and ideally 6+ years

• Ideally ERP or LIMS or MES or large enterprise application implementations where the person was in charge of delivering customizations / enhancements
