Pacific Performance Drywall, Inc. is a growing union subcontractor serving Sacramento and the greater Northern California area. We perform the installation of metal stud framing, drywall, and taping. Our management team has worked closely together for the past several years. We are known for consistent delivery of quality projects through successful relationship building, teamwork, and dedication.
Essential Responsibilities
Enter, process, scan and file all vendor invoices in a timely manner
Record credit card charges
Weekly check run
Monthly reconciliations
Enter Payroll and report Certified Payroll
Prepare and pay weekly/quarterly payroll taxes
Complete and assist with various compliance and reporting requirements
Job setup in SharePoint – including contracts and COI’s,
General office duties
Experience/Job Requirements
Reliable, motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative and positive, upbeat attitude
Ability to manage time and prioritize workload
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PDF editing and creation.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong desire to be part of a close working, supportive team.
Willingness to learn and complete tasks as needed that support the team.
Comfortable working with various software systems and basic computer skills.
Construction industry experience not required
This is a permanent, part-time (25-35 hours/week) position with the possibility of moving to full-time, located in our office in Shingle Springs. Salary is dependent on experience.
