Pacific Educational Services, Inc (PES) is seeking a qualified candidate to work on our Customer Service team. PES has been providing programs for District Attorney's, courts, and Probation throughout California for over 30 years.

Training and working location is in Auburn.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answer incoming phone calls, enroll and schedule clients into program classes, take payments, and make collections calls. The ideal candidate is capable of resolving clients requests, questions, and complaints while maintaining professional composure.

Qualifications: must be bilingual English and Spanish, proficient writing in English, experience working with high volume calls on multiple lines, familiar with Microsoft Office, detail oriented, accurate, and dependable. Will train on company software.

This is a full time position with working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
