Customer Service Representative – DOE + Benefits (HVAC Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
Schedule and coordinate maintenance club customers
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and SmartService (experience helpful but not required)
Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred
QuickBooks and/or SmartService experience a plus
HVAC industry knowledge helpful but not required
Detail-oriented and organized
