FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/COUNTER ATTENDANT/CASHIER TEAM MEMBER WANTED
IDLE WHEELS R.V. CENTER, INC. has been in El Dorado County for 41 years and we are actively looking for a new team member/s.
We are a full service travel trailer repair facility with a large parts department and new utility trailer sales.
We are actively looking for a full-time team member/s that would love to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm which includes one hour of overtime each work day. On the job training is provided.
Team member/s duties include, but not limited to, opening and closing the parts store, answering multi-line phones, greeting customers, cashier duties, receiving inventory, stocking and organizing parts store, learning and understanding the parts and accessories in order to accommodate the customers' needs, pumping propane, maintaining a clean parts store, standing long hours, being outdoors in all elements of weather and following verbal and written instruction from supervisor.
Team member/s need to maintain a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude at all times, must have a "WANT TO LEARN/WORK" attitude, must have positive phone/communication skills with customers, co-workers and vendors, must be organized, must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and must be comfortable at handwriting counter invoices and counting proper change back to customers.
**It is preferred, BUT NOT MANDATORY, that the new team member be familiar with RV's and utility trailers in order to converse with the customer in person or by telephone**
$12.00-$15.00 per hour to start based on experience.
