Under the direction of the Special Services Executive Director, or designee, the Special Education Teacher will be responsible for facilitating Special Education student success in academics, interpersonal skills and activities of daily living through implementing approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities, outcomes; addressing specific needs of students; providing a safe and optimal learning environment and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.
EDCOE Special Services is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative Special Education teacher with a moderate/severe teaching credential to join our K-5 Multiple Abilities classroom team at Jackson Elementary School in El Dorado Hills. We are dedicated to the provision of high quality special education programs, providing meaningful and responsive services and strengthening our partnerships with our local school districts.
