RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and implement activities with BGC youth. Activities may include sports, recreation, education, art, performing arts, culinary arts, homework help, & more.
Manage, motivate and energize a group of 20-25 youth ages 6 to 18 years
Focuses on youth enrichment and safety
Manages the classroom effectively
Provide guidance and be a positive role model to members
Answers directly to the Site Director
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS DESIRED:
High school diploma
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize. Attention to detail a must
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet use
Ability to interact positively with the staff, Club members, parents, and the general public.
SCHEDULE/DETAILS
Part-Time
15-20 Hours weekly
$13.50 - $14.50/Hour
