As the warm weather approaches, we anticipate a busy summer with our expanded patio. Well regarded in Granite Bay and beyond, Hawks displays an emphasis on local farms, seasonal ingredients and the art of hospitality. We serve modern American cuisine, with foundations built on traditional French/Italian technique. We practice the art of charcuterie, we make traditional French sauces, we butcher our meat and fish, and we cut fresh herbs and shallots daily. There is so much to learn in our hard working kitchen!
