Solid Ground Brewing is a new production brewery located in Diamond Springs, just outside of Placerville. We have a small, fast paced kitchen that is managed under our Chef. Everything is scratch made with high quality ingredients with a high level of creativity. We are looking a line/prep cook to work with our Chef. Requirements:
- Strong line cook that can work in a small kitchen under a classically trained Chef
- Willing to learn, reliable
- 1 years minimum experience in a kitchen
- Tap house or brewpub experience a plus
