Solid Ground Brewing is a production brewery and winery located in Diamond Springs, just outside of Placerville. We have a small, fast paced kitchen that is managed under our Chef. Everything is scratch made with high quality ingredients with a high level of creativity. We are looking for a line cook to join our team. Position INCLUDES TIP POOLING which SIGNIFICANTLY supplements pay $4-$7/hr depending on how busy we are in a given week. With base plus tips candidate can expect over $20/hour.
- Calm professional demeanor in an open kitchen
- Competitive pay with experience and sizable tip pooling with front of house
- Strong line cook that can work in a small kitchen under a classically trained chef
- Willing to learn, reliable
- Strong prep skills
Position will include working the line, prep, baking, and making ingredients from scratch.
