Want to come to a wedding every weekend? Maybe two? Sometimes

We are looking for a Sous Chef with banquet style production skills:
Fulltime position.
Culinary school or classical training is preferred but not necessary depending on experience.
We are a very progressive and open-minded business with great room for artistic expression.

We have over 90 weddings this year and already have over 70 for 2020.
