The Stone House in Nevada City is looking for a talented Sous Chef. The Stone House is a farm to table restaurant that highlights produce and meat from many local farmers. We offer fine dining, as well as casual fare. We also execute many large parties a weddings. Our ideal candidate will have:
4+ Years cooking experience
2+ Years fine dining experience
1+ Year management/chef experience
Catering experience is a plus
Experience creating and costing menu items.
Ability to efficiently and effectively lead a team
Be highly organized and clean
Have a very positive attitude
Have a drive for being a part of the local food system.
