Busy patient care centered urgent care is seeking an experienced and dynamic certified medical assistant to join our growing team! Must be professional and responsible, able to multi-task, exercise good judgement, be positive and a team player. Position is 10 hour shifts with some weekends. We are open 7 days a week including holidays. Example of pertinent skills include:
Give IM, SQ, intradermal injections
Perform blood draws
Clean Instruments, autoclaving
Assist with minor surgeries
Operate various diagnostic equipment
Perform Spirometry
Inventory & stocking of exam rooms
Keep back office area tidy and clean
Proficient in EKGs
Remove Sutures follow protocol
