Almost everyone has the type of experience necessary for our clients. Our company provides non-medical care for seniors. Everyday activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and sometimes transportation, dressing, and safety assistance are what our clients need help with. If you have helped seniors that are friends, family, or neighbors with those every day activities, that is even better. Any unpaid experience with dementia, Alzheimers, or Parkinsons is also a plus
You can become a PAID caregiver:
We will train you! All our caregivers receive training in how to provide care for seniors through the Institute for Professional Care. We train you before you help your first client and for the rest of your career with us as a caregiver!
Caregiver wages start at $12.50 with regular pay raises to $14.25
Paid Time Off is accumulated to use for vacations, sick days, or no reason at all!
We pay your application costs for the CA State Registry, including DOJ fingerprinting, and TB tests.
Caregivers who are already on the registry will receive a $100 bonus after working 100 hours.
We have a caring office support team to encourage and support you as a caregiver.
Requirements:
Compassionate, consistent, trustworthy, dependable, and professional
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Able to pass criminal background check, DMV check, TB test, and drug screening.
